Returns For Holiday Purchases

We have extended our return policy for the holiday season. Any purchases made between November 15, 2024 – December 24, 2024, can be returned by January 31, 2025. The products must meet the rest of our return policy guidelines.

 

Free In-store Returns

We want you to be happy with your new gear. If you need to return your new gear prior to using the product, simply go to your local Running Room for an exchange or refund less the shipping fee. Be sure to take your invoice with your order.

 

Mail Returns

If you cannot return your online purchase to a Running Room retail store, you may mail back your items (at your cost) to our returns warehouse. Online purchases can be returned by mail within 30 days of the shipping date.

You will need to fill out the RMA form on our website with the courier you are using and the tracking information for it. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when making a return by mail. As such, we recommend shipping with a courier that can provide tracking and insurance as Running Room is not responsible for lost packages.

Returns FAQs

  • What can I return?
    You may return unused and unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items sent back must be sent back in the original box (if shoes are purchased send them back in the original shoe box) original packaging and tags attached to clothing, ensure you put your items in a shipping box and attach your shipping label. All returns and exchanges will only be accepted in the country of the original purchase. We do not do cross-border returns.
  • What if I need my order before I get my refund?
    If you need your new product urgently, we recommend that you simply place a new order. As soon as we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund.
  • When will I get my refund?
    Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
  • Does Running Room do replacements?
    If the product is defective, we can replace the exact item and version you ordered, and you are responsible for returning the damaged item within 30 days. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
  • Purchased at Store?
    Please return to your local Running Room store for an exchange or refund. Sale-priced items are only eligible for an exchange or in-store credit. All exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • If I purchased on-line, can I return to a store location?
    All orders can be returned or exchanged at any Running Room store location. (Do not fill out an RMA if returning to the store). The following conditions apply:
    • An original receipt or invoice is required for all exchanges or returns within 30 days of purchase for unused and unworn merchandise. All items must be returned in their original packaging with hang tags attached.
    • All refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
    • Exchanges will be made on defective merchandise within 60 days of purchase.
    • All Sale-priced items ordered online can be returned to the store. Sale-priced items returned in-store are only eligible for an exchange or in-store credit. All exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
    • If you paid for your order via PayPal, returns at our Running Room retail store locations will credit the Debit or Credit Card attached to your PayPal account.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, all nutrition, underwear, swimsuits, swim accessories, and face masks will be final sale.

Gift cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash except as required by law. If the gift card is lost, stolen, or damaged, it can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase. Gift cards do not expire and have no usage or monthly maintenance fee.

Pre-Paid Running Room Gift Cards. Running Room is not responsible for the lost or stolen Pre-Paid Gift Cards.

 

Brooks Run Happy Promise

If you are not happy, Brooks is not happy. Take Brooks for a 90-day test run. If you don't love it, return it to any local Running Room store for an exchange or refund with your receipt.

 

HOKA FLY FOR 30 Guarantee

HOKA shoes are designed to make you feel like you're flying, so take them for a test flight. If you aren't totally satisfied, just send them back within 30 days for the original purchase for a full refund or product exchange. No questions asked.
