Despite the disavowals of cushioning that rang across the shoe world a few years back the 2000 4 proceeds now exactly the way it did before such thinking went in, and then out of, vogue. As expected they provide a fine mix of pronation control and reinforced cushioning that utilizes all aspects of their technology to provide the feeling that on foot they can last forever. They can't, of course- nothing can. But eternity has always been the dream when it comes to distance running.
