The new design incorporates zoned panels to offer greater breathability through the front of the sock. I was skeptical about using compression socks with the fear of having varicose veins. However, I decided to try them after persistent soleus pain and discomfort after long runs. The socks fit like a glove and I am pleased to say that my calves have improved after two weeks of wearing them constantly. The only complaint I have is the difficulty taking them off my leg because the compression is so good. They haven't lost their compression after 1 month of constant use!Ratings -

Love these socks! Find them to be much better than the generic brand as they contain more compression, they MAINTAIN their compression longer, and they are much less expensive than CEP - which I find are not nearly as comfortable and breathableRatings
